The Air King Professional Series features Stainless Steel, dishwasher safe baffles that capture grease and debris from the cooking surface and are easily removed for cleaning.

Proposition 65 Warning for California Residents

Halogen lamps illuminate the cooking surface with two brightness settings. The Professional Series with Heat Lamps include independently controlled heat lamps for keeping the food warm (lamps not included). Hoods includes: canopy, baffles, controls, and lamp sockets (lamps not included). Choose from one of the 5 blower options ranging from 300 CFM to 1200 CFM to power the unit. Air King also offers a full array of accessories such as soffits, back splashes and ducting connections.

Professional grade 304 gauge stainless steel will not discolor over time.

Included, dimmable 45 watt maximum PAR16, 3.125" Type A screw-in base Halogen lamps illuminate the cooking surface.

Independently controlled dual 250 watt maximum type R40, medium base IR heat lamps keep the food warm (heat lamps not included).

Control panel with metal control knobs is located at the front of the hood for convenient use.

Includes: Grease Baffles, Controls, Lamp Sockets and Halogen Lamps.

Blower must be purchased separately.
