Bundle Guard™

If Bundling occurs inside your ASKO tumble dryer, the Bundle Guard™ detects it and changes the direction of the drum for 30 seconds before returning to the normal direction. By reducing or resolving bundling, drying time is reduced, as well as wear and tear on fabrics and energy consumption.

Fast drying

Our tumble dryers feature fast drying programs that quickly and carefully dry clothes without wasting time or energy. A load of up to 8.8 lbs can be dried in just 45 minutes* (depending on the model). ASKO tumble dryers are the perfect solution for a busy schedule. *Internal testing with 8.8lbs of synthetic clothes with 25% initial moisture. All XL heat pump models takes 40 minutes

Drying basket

Sometimes you need to dry odd items, like shoes. And some are more delicate than others. That's why we've designed a handy drying basket that's designed for those items that need a little extra care during drying. It's placed inside the drum and then used to hold special or delicate items like soft toys, woolen textiles, cushions, or shoes in place during the drying cycle. It's easy to fit and comes with a height guide, so you know when an item, like boots, is too big.

Multi-filter system

Lint is a tumble dryer's worst enemy, leading to longer drying times, higher energy consumption and eventual failure. ASKO's Multi Filter System combats this with three filters: a mesh filter in the air duct, and a combination filter with fine-mesh and thick foam. This system ensures consistent performance and benefits allergy sufferers and asthmatics.

Butterfly drying™

Butterfly Drying™ is a unique solution for ASKO tumble dryers. The large paddles inside the drum tumble the clothes in a pattern similar to a horizontal figure eight, preventing the clothes from bundling. This ensures that your clothes are dried evenly, reducing the risk of damage and wear. In addition, Butterfly Drying™ reduces the need to reverse the rotation of the drum, which in turn reduces wear and tear on the motor and drive belt and prevents your clothes from becoming wrinkled.

BLDC motor

Every detail in ASKO tumble dryers is designed to enhance the entire laundry experience – from greater hygiene to quieter, more efficient, and reliable performance. A key factor is the brushless DC (BLDC) motor, which is quieter, more durable, and more energy-efficient than standard motors.

Self-cleaning lower lint filter

Drum light

The lower filter in ASKO tumble dryers protects the heat pump from dust and lint. But for the filter to do its job, it also must be kept clean. To help, ASKO tumble dryers feature a self-cleaning function using water from the condenser tank to rinse the filter. Lint collects at the bottom of the filter where it can be easily removed by hand. After 30 dry cycles a reminder will pop-up in the display, reminding you to clean the lower lint filter.

The integrated drum light in ASKO tumble dryers provides helpful illumination for loading, unloading, or cleaning the drum. It ensures you can easily spot forgotten garments and creates a welcoming glow in the dark. The light activates automatically when the door opens, offering a premium touch of practicality and comfort. With the drum light, your laundry experience becomes more efficient, user-friendly, and stress-free — because every detail matters.

Steam Refresh and Wrinkle Care™

Connectivity

With the steam function, our heat pump dryers offer you a product that takes caring for your clothes to a new level. Steam is a highly effective and gentle means to care for your shirts, jackets, and trousers. It is an easy way of getting your favourite shirts creaseless but can also be used for refreshing clothes that don’t need washing.

The ConnectLife app gives you smart, real-time control of your laundry appliances. It enables quick Bluetooth pairing, remote and voice control, customizable and exclusive programs, and automatic firmware updates. Users get push notifications for program completion, alarms, and maintenance, plus direct access to manuals and troubleshooting.
